Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Matthews enjoyed a beautiful wedding ceremony in Hawaii. The couple arrived on the island a few days ago and had been preparing for their big day.

Just before the ceremony was about to begin, the duo shared a few snaps of theirs on social media. And fans were more than happy to watch them together.

Mahomes reacted to his photograph shared by Matthews on Instagram. The post featured Mahomes and Matthews along with their 1-year-old daughter Sterling Skye. The photo received lots of love and cute emojis from netizens.

Earlier, Patrick shared a similar Instagram post with his brother Jackson Mahomes and revealed him as his best man for the ceremony.

Mahomes & his long-standing relationship
Mahomes and his long-time fiance Brittany Matthews welcomed a baby girl in February 2021 and have been planning a wedding since then. Finally, the big day has arrived, and the couple is on the moon celebrating each other’s company together in the ups and downs of life. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback began dating Matthews during his high school days.

They graduated from the same school and then went to different universities for different degrees. Soon Matthews started playing for a professional soccer team in Iceland and Mahomes enrolled for his University team. Later on, the duo shifted to Kansas City and began their live-in relationship leading to an acute marriage proposal in 2020.

Mahomes had his fortune shining in 2017 when he was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs, adorning a significant role for the team. Since then, he went climbing the ladders of success and a Super Bowl victory in 2020. The same year in September, Mahomes proposed, to which Brittany said ‘YES’ and then followed a pregnancy announcement later in the same month.

The next season also went as expected for the quarterback. He was able to lead his team to the playoffs and make a good fight in the league matches. As soon as the season ended, Mahomes and Matthews announced they had selected a venue for marriage and will get married in 2022.
