“Sometimes I Feel Lonely”: Naomi Osaka Reveals Disadvantages of Her Work
Tennis star Naomi Osaka has been amongst the top names in recent years. At the age of 23 years, she stands tall as a four-time Grand Slam winner. However, all those four titles have been won on the hard courts.
Recently, the Naomi Osaka documentary was released on Netflix. In the limited series, there are various aspects of the Japanese stars’ life that have been revealed. In one instance, she speaks about her living away from home and the effects it had on her. She also revealed that she missed her family.
The 23-year-old stated, “I moved away from my family for work. And there’s nothing I regret about it. I feel like that’s also a process of growing up, but at the same time, you know, sometimes I feel lonely because there are activities that I want to do, and I couldn’t just imagine myself doing it without my sister but then there’s like no one here. I mean the only one that’s here sometimes is my boyfriend, and he doesn’t get active!”
