Former World No. 1 and three-time Grand Slam champion Andy Murray said his daughters wanted him to dress up by wearing his ‘skirt” referring to his Scottish kilt.

Murray posted a picture of himself on Instagram wearing a Scottish kilt – with the caption – “When your daughters want to play dress up and say “daddy put on your skirt!”.

I tried to explain it was a kilt not a skirt but they assured me it was definitely a skirt😂 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. #kids #meninkilts #skirts” Murray was undergoing rehab for his pelvic injury and has last played in October in Antwerp.

He was looking to make a comeback to the tour in Miami prior to the tennis shutdown during last month. The Brit underwent hip surgery last year before returning to the tour and winning the Antwerp title. He was also recently on an Instagram Live session with Novak Djokovic.

Murray has said that he no longer needs tennis to be happy but would be fine once his career would be over but is hoping to play when the tour resumes.
