According to various reports, Deshaun Watson opted to settle for a property in Hunting Valley with his $230 million guaranteed deal. The 17,000-square-foot house, which was completed in 2006, was renovated again in 2021. Watson paid $5.4 million for the property.

The seller was Majestic Steel CEO Todd Leebow. He paid $4.7 million for the property in 2017. According to reports, the property was advertised for $6.9 million. This opulent residence has 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and over 17,000 square feet of living space.

There is nothing else on the market like this property, which has a state-of-the-art theater, a complete bar, a pool, a tennis and volleyball court, and is superbly constructed.
