Bengals Player Has Intriguing Message For Fans After Win

The Cincinnati Bengals were in desperate need for a win.

Falling to 0-3 would’ve pretty much doomed all their postseason aspirations, especially considering how competitive the AFC North is.

That’s why Joe Burrow and Joe Mixon were so ecstatic after finally getting their first win of the season and blowing off some steam. Mixon praised fans for showing up and helping the team to their first win of the season.

The Bengals have been hurt by poor offensive line play and Joe Burrow being far from 100% has also taken a big toll on their offense. The former No. 1 selection suffered a calf injury early in training camp and was sidelined throughout the entire preseason.

He re-aggravated the injury vs. the Baltimore Ravens and was reportedly in jeopardy of missing Monday night’s clash vs. the Los Angeles Rams, but he was able to suit up and play through the pain to help his team get the win.

The Bengals now have a game vs. the Tennessee Titans on deck, and Mike Vrabel’s team has looked far from a contender thus far, so they should be able to even things up and take their record to .500.

Nonetheless, Burrow’s health will continue to be a talking point and a subject of concern within the organization. Calf ailments have been correlated with ACL injuries.

It recently happened to Kevin Durant and Aaron Rodgers, and Burrow has already suffered a season-ending injury in his young career.

The Bengals will need to be extremely cautious with their superstar quarterback, especially after signing him to the most lucrative deal in NFL history shortly before the start of the season.
